What are you most proud of in your career?

The personal brand I have built, my resilience to silence the critique and push forward regardless, feeling the fear and doing it anyway.

First property job and how you got it?

I worked as a lettings agent in Sudbury and Wembley, renting rooms in house shares. I bought a Topman suit set and dropped my CV in person to various agencies.

What motivates you?

The fear of failure and the anxiety that I am never doing enough.

Best advice for preparing for an interview?

Mindfulness, a workout, anything that keeps you in a positive headspace and away from the anxiety of the moment, assuming you’ve prepped, use the time immediately before to relax, nurture self-assurance, and go in with the confidence to be yourself.

What advice would you give your 18-year-old self?

It’s not that deep, never regret. You made the decision you felt was right in the moment, and action almost always beats inaction.

Which leader, entrepreneur, founder, or CEO inspires you?

My first “proper CEO”, David Pollock, was an absolute legend. He taught me to lead, not manage. The skill is towing the line between friend and boss, allowing freedom to fail and autonomy from the outset.

Your best deal?

There have been a few, but the “big one” in Holland Park last year was a real landmark for me.
