What are you most proud of in your career?
Successfully building onto the business my father founded almost 50 years ago shoulder to shoulder with my five siblings.
First property job and how you got it?
Sales Negotiator at Russell Simpson. I started in July 2008 the day after I finished at university.. My Dad held a position open for me and so I’ve being trying to prove myself worthy ever since.
What motivates you?
Building a legacy. Both sides of my family have strong family business histories and so I have grown up wanting to replicate what people before me have achieved.
Best advice for preparing for an interview?
Research the company and the people at that company. Ask questions, listen and engage.
What advice would you give your 18-year-old self?
Be bolder, be more confident and be okay with making mistakes.
