The Role:
As a Trainee Sales & Lettings Negotiator, you will play a key role in supporting both the sales and lettings teams. You will be involved in generating new business, conducting viewings, and delivering excellent service to buyers, tenants, landlords, and vendors.
Responsibilities:
- Registering applicants and understanding their property requirements.
- Conducting property viewings and providing feedback to clients.
- Generating new business opportunities and supporting valuations.
- Building strong relationships with landlords, tenants, buyers, and vendors.
- Assisting with the negotiation of offers for both sales and lettings.
- Maintaining accurate records and updating internal systems.
- Supporting the team with general office administration.
- Always delivering a high standard of customer service.
Key requirements:
- Strong interest in property and desire to build a career in estate agency.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Target-driven and motivated to succeed.
- Well-presented with a professional approach.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Full UK driving licence and access to your own car (essential).
