Collins Property Recruitment is recruiting for a strong independent estate agency brand in West London. Our client is seeking a dynamic and motivated Trainee Lettings Negotiator to join their team.
As a Trainee Lettings Negotiator, you will play a key role in conducting viewings, negotiating contracts, and ensuring a smooth experience for both landlords and tenants.
Key Responsibilities as a Trainee Lettings Negotiator:
- Conduct property viewings and showcase properties to prospective tenants.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords and tenants.
- Negotiate tenancy agreements and terms.
- Prepare and process all necessary documentation related to tenancy agreements.
- Provide excellent customer service to landlords and tenants, addressing their queries and concerns.
- Previous experience in sales is preferred but not required.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and a customer-centric approach.
- A proactive and self-motivated attitude.
- A valid driver's licence and access to a vehicle.
- Competitive basic salary up to £20,000 basic depending on experience.
