This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Block Manager ready to step into leadership, or an established Team Manager looking for a new challenge within a customer-focused organisation.
You'll lead and support a team of Property Managers, Assistant Property Managers and Estate Coordinators, while managing a reduced portfolio of residential developments across London and the Home Counties.
Responsibilities:
- Lead, coach and develop a team of Property Managers and support staff.
- Monitor workloads, performance and service standards.
- Manage a reduced portfolio of residential developments.
- Build strong relationships with clients, residents, directors and contractors.
- Act as a senior escalation point for operational and client matters.
- Oversee budgets, compliance and service charge performance.
- Support continuous improvement and operational consistency across the department.
- Minimum four years' residential block management experience.
- Experience managing your own portfolio of developments.
- Previous leadership, mentoring or supervisory experience.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong organisational and time management abilities.
- Commercial awareness with experience managing service charge budgets.
- A proactive, solutions-focused approach and excellent attention to detail.
- Proficient with property management software and Microsoft Office.
- Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle.
- Desirable: ATPI qualification or working towards MTPI.
- Salary of up to £60,000.
