A well-established and growing property investment and development business is seeking a Team Administrator to support its Investment & Development team. This is an opportunity to join a collaborative, close-knit office environment within a high-performing and expanding business.
The Role:
The Team Administrator will provide high-level support to senior stakeholders while assisting with the day-to-day operations of the office. This is a varied and fast-paced role, offering exposure across multiple areas of the business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Diary and inbox management for senior team members
- Coordinating meetings, travel and events
- Preparing meeting notes and tracking actions
- Maintaining and updating CRM systems and property records
- Supporting document management and compliance processes
- Assisting with general office administration and team requirements
- 2+ years’ experience in an administrative or team support role
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail
- Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (CRM experience beneficial)
- Interest in the property sector advantageous but not essential .
