An award-winning commercial property investment and development company with an impressive portfolio of modern design led buildings across Central London, is looking for an an experienced and confident Team Administrator to provide support to a small senior team within their Property Management department.

Good interpersonal skills and attention to detail is crucial along with the ability to cope under pressure in a fast-paced environment. 

Overview:

  • Role: Team Administrator
  • Salary: Up to £49,000
  • Location: Mayfair
The Team Administrator will be responsible for:
  • Overseeing diary management for the team ensuring efficient and effective use is made of the team’s time.
  • Scheduling meetings and appointments, both internal and external, often with high profile visitors - complex diary management is a significant element of the role.
  • Producing presentations for Board meetings, team presentations or high-profile meetings.
  • Assisting with any corporate events / committee boards the team are involved with.
  • Other administrative duties as required.
The Ideal Team Administrator will have at least 3 years experience as a Personal Assistant, Team Secretary, Team Administrator or Team Assistant ideally within Property (not essential).
