Key Responsibilities of the Site Sales Negotiator:
- Managing day-to-day sales operations on-site.
- Acting as the primary point of contact for prospective purchasers, agents, and internal stakeholders.
- Conducting viewings and showcasing the development to a high standard.
- Handling enquiries, reservations, and progressing sales through to exchange.
- Maintaining accurate sales records and CRM systems.
- Liaising with solicitors, mortgage brokers, and agents to ensure smooth transactions.
- Supporting marketing initiatives and launch events.
- Providing regular sales updates and reports to senior management.
- Proven experience in a Site Sales Negotiator or residential sales role.
- Strong knowledge of the London residential property market.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service skills.
- Highly organised, with the ability to manage multiple enquiries and priorities.
- Professional, motivated, and target-driven.
- Salary up to £35,000, including car allowance.
- OTE £50,000+.
- Competitive commission structure.
- Monday to Friday.
