We are delighted to be working with an incredibly well-established and highly regarded global real estate business to find them an experienced and ambitious Senior Sales Negotiator to join their team in Hampstead.

You must be self-motivated with excellent communication skills and a notable track record in residential estate agency sales. It is essential you can prove your ability to build professional relationships with buyers and sellers as well as be able to work well as part of a team to ensure targets are being hit.
As Senior Sales Negotiator you will receive the following:
- £25,000 - £28,000 Basic Salary
- Generous Commission + Company Car
- £60,000 OTE
- Day-to-day management of buyers including generating & conducting viewings.
- Obtaining offers, pitching for new business, vendor and purchaser management and constant client care.
- Handling enquiries generated from the internet, telephone and walk- ins, in a professional manner.
