Responsibilities of the Senior Sales Consultant:
- Conduct accurate property valuations and provide clients with expert advice on market conditions.
- Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to promote properties.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing regular updates and guidance throughout the sales process.
- Negotiate and close sales transactions to achieve optimal outcomes for both sellers and buyers.
- Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.
- £30,000 - £35,000 Basic Salary
- Commission + Car Allowance
- £60,000 - £70,000 OTE
- Proven experience in valuing and selling properties.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Results-driven with a track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Exceptional customer service and relationship-building abilities.
- Relevant industry qualifications and memberships (e.g., NAEA, ARLA) are desirable.
