Collins Property Recruitment are delighted to be recruiting for a boutique high-end Estate Agency brand based in West London. They are looking to recruit an experienced and consultative Senior Lettings Negotiator to join their successful team.
This is a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious letting professional with a proven track record of dealing with the prime and high-end West London rental market.
Responsibilities of the Senior Lettings Negotiator will include:
- Utilise your in-depth knowledge of the West London lettings market to manage a diverse portfolio of high-end rental properties
- Proactively identify and qualify prospective tenants, matching them with suitable properties
- Conduct professional property viewings and provide an exceptional level of service throughout the lettings process
- Negotiate rental terms and successfully close deals between landlords and tenants
- Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords, tenants and other key clients
- Develop a strong understanding of client requirements and provide a highly personalised, consultative service
- Proactively seek new business opportunities and generate referrals and leads
- Work closely with the wider team to maximise rental opportunities and achieve branch and individual targets
You will be rewarded with:
- Salary up to £30,000
- OTE £80,000+
Required Skills of the Senior Lettings Negotiator:
- Minimum 2 years' experience within residential lettings
- Strong knowledge of the West London lettings market
- Experience dealing with high-end and luxury rental properties
- A proven track record of consistently hitting and exceeding targets
- Strong negotiation skills
- Ambitious, driven and tenacious with a strong commercial mindset
- Confident dealing with landlords, tenants and high-net-worth clients
