Key Responsibilities of the Senior Lettings Negotiator:
- Developing and maintaining strong relationships with landlords, and tenants.
- Conducting property viewings and providing expert advice to clients.
- Negotiating offers and managing the lettings process efficiently.
- Keeping up to date with local market trends and industry regulations.
- Managing databases and ensuring accurate records of properties and clients.
- Achieving and exceeding lettings targets.
- Providing exceptional customer service and professional guidance.
- £30,000 Basic

- Proven experience in estate agency.
- Strong knowledge of the North West London property market.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

- IT proficiency, including experience with property management software.
- A valid UK driving licence.
