Collins Property Recruitment are recruiting for one of London’s most successful and esteemed independent Estate Agencies and have been tasked with finding them a Senior Lettings Consultant for their market leading business.
To be successful, you must have the following attributes:
- Have previous experience as a Lettings Negotiator
- London property experience
- Be articulate, with excellent communication skills
- Be hungry and driven to succeed
- Have a proven and demonstrable track record of consistently achieving targets
- Be self-motivated, possess a pro-active attitude and always maintain an outstanding professional and customer-service focused approach
In return, the Sales Negotiator will receive the following:
- £25,000 - £30,000 Basic salary.
- Generous commission structure.
- £80,000 OTE
- Monday - Friday
- Access to office parking
