Our client is looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Sales Valuer to join their dynamic team in Ealing and the surrounding areas. About the Role:
As a Sales Valuer, you’ll play a key role in our sales team providing expert market appraisals, winning new instructions, and building strong client relationships. You'll be the face of the brand for homeowners across Ealing and the surrounding areas.
Key Responsibilities of the Sales Valuer:
- Conduct accurate and professional property valuations.
- Advise clients on the sales process, market conditions, and pricing strategies.
- Generate and win new business through referrals, prospecting, and local networking.
- Work closely with negotiators to ensure a smooth sales process.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of local market trends.
- Previous experience as a Valuer or Senior Negotiator with valuation responsibilities.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- A proactive and driven mindset with a customer-focused approach.
- Strong local market knowledge.
- Full UK driving licence and own vehicle.
- Competitive salary up to £35,000
