Collins Property Recruitment are working with a highly experienced team of property consultants in Cockfosters. The business is looking to recruit an experienced Sales Progressor to join their busy team Sales team. As a Sales Progressor, you will support and work alongside the residential sales team, as well as supporting and advising additional team members when required.
To apply you must have actual hands-on experience in the following:
- Proactively progress a pipeline of property sales to exchange and completion.
- Liaise with solicitors, clients, agents, and third parties to facilitate transactions.
- Interpret and advise on leasehold matters and building safety documentation.
- Identify and resolve issues that may delay progression.
- Keep all parties updated on progress and required actions.
- Support the wider sales progression team with legal and compliance knowledge.
- Assist with documentation and due diligence check.
- Strong knowledge of the leasehold sales process and the Building Safety Act.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills.
- Proactive, solutions-focused mindset.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, client-facing environment.
- Ability to manage multiple cases with attention to detail.
- £30,000 - £40,000 basic, dependent on experience
- Bonus structure
