Responsibilities:
- Registering and qualifying new applicants
- Conducting property viewings
- Negotiating offers between landlords and tenants
- Generating new business opportunities
- Building and maintaining strong client relationships
- Progressing lets through to completion
- Contributing to office targets and team success
Package:
- Basic salary up to £23,000, depending on experience
- Car allowance provided
- Competitive guaranteed earnings to support your start
- Realistic on-target earnings of £60,000 in year one
- Uncapped commission structure with excellent earning potential
- One in four Saturdays required, with a half day given back in lieu
