Your responsibilities as a Sales Negotiator will include the following:
- Manage property sales from appraisal through to completion.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Conduct viewings and negotiations with professionalism and confidence.
- Contribute to business development and market presence.
- Uphold the company’s values and service standards at all times.
- £25,000 - £30,000 basic salary
- A commission structure that rewards success.
- £55,000 - £60,000 OTE.
