Responsibilities:
- Leading and motivating the Wimbledon sales team to achieve annual targets
- Driving new business, instructions and revenue across the department
- Managing key client relationships and negotiating high-value sales
- Supporting and developing the team to maximise performance
- Maintaining strong local market knowledge and identifying new opportunities
- Managing the sales process from appraisal through to completion
- Developing referral opportunities across the wider global business
- Ensuring high standards of compliance, service and client care
About you:
- Proven experience in residential sales, ideally at Senior Negotiator, Assistant Manager or Sales Manager level
- Strong track record of winning instructions and generating revenue
- Excellent leadership, negotiation and client relationship skills
- Commercially driven with a strong understanding of sales performance
- Strong knowledge of Wimbledon and the wider Southwest London market
- Confident managing and developing a high-performing team
- Full UK driving license
