This is an excellent opportunity for a proven Senior Negotiator or Assistant Manager looking to step up into a leadership role. You will be responsible for driving performance, winning instructions, and delivering strong results in a competitive West London market.
The ideal candidate will be commercially driven, highly organised, and confident managing both clients and team performance.
The role:
- Driving branch performance and achieving sales targets.
- Winning instructions and conducting market appraisals.
- Managing the full sales process from instruction to completion.
- Leading by example in negotiations and deal progression.
- Delivering exceptional client service and maintaining relationships.
- Monitoring market trends and advising clients accordingly.
- Overseeing property marketing and ensuring high presentation standards.
- Producing and managing all listing documentation and compliance.
- Supporting and developing junior team members.
Experience & skills:
- Experience as a Senior Sales Negotiator, Assistant Manager or Sales Manager.
- Proven track record of winning instructions and closing deals.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail.
- Professional, driven and team-oriented approach.
- Full UK driving licence.
