Key Responsibilities of Sales Manager:
- Lead, coach, and inspire a team of estate agents to achieve and exceed targets.
- Conduct market appraisals for prospective clients.

- Drive new business acquisition while maintaining excellent client relationships.
- Report on performance metrics and contribute to business growth plans.
- Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Sales Manager within the estate agency sector.
- Strong track record in conducting property market appraisals.
- Demonstrated ability to build, lead, and motivate a high-performing team.
