Collins Property Recruitment is working with a prestigious and well-established estate agency known for its excellence in the real estate industry. With a proven track record of success, they are seeking an experienced Sales Manager for their Hammersmith office. 

Key Responsibilities of the Sales Manager:

  • Lead and motivate a team of dedicated sales professionals to achieve and exceed sales targets.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to maximise revenue and market share.
  • Maintain and enhance the agency's reputation for exceptional customer service.
  • Build strong relationships with clients, promoting repeat business and referrals.
  • Stay updated on local market trends and competition to make informed business decisions.

Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a Sales Manager in the real estate industry.
  • A track record of successful sales achievements.

  • Ability to adapt to changing market conditions and client needs.
