Key Responsibilities of the Sales Manager:
- Lead and motivate a team of dedicated sales professionals to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to maximise revenue and market share.
- Maintain and enhance the agency's reputation for exceptional customer service.
- Build strong relationships with clients, promoting repeat business and referrals.
- Stay updated on local market trends and competition to make informed business decisions.
- £50,000 Basic Salary
- Plus Car Allowance and Office Commission
- £100,000 - £120,000 OTE
