We are equally interested in outstanding communicators with exceptional interpersonal skills, commercial awareness, and a genuine passion for delivering an exceptional client experience.
You’ll be responsible for:
- Conducting market appraisals, viewings and negotiations through to successful completion
- Securing property instructions within company guidelines to achieve business targets
- Developing and maintaining strong relationships with buyers, sellers and professional introducers
- Identifying opportunities to grow market share and generate new business
- Delivering exceptional customer service throughout the sales process
- Building lasting client relationships whilst upholding the highest professional standards
- Working collaboratively with colleagues across the wider business to maximise opportunities
- £30,000 Basic Salary
- Car Allowance
- £70,000 OTE
