We are delighted to be working with an incredibly well-established and highly regarded global real estate business to find them an experienced and motivated Sales Agent to join their team in Oxford.

You must be self-motivated with strong communication and organisational skills and have experience in residential sales. It is essential that you can demonstrate your ability to provide an exceptional service to clients, build trusted relationships, and work effectively within a team environment.
As Sales Agent, you'll be responsible for:
- Registering and managing applicants, arranging and conducting viewings.
- Handling enquiries via telephone, email and walk-ins in a professional and proactive manner.
- Negotiating offers and progressing sales transactions from offer through to exchange and completion.
- Supporting business generation activities, assisting with property appraisals and valuations where required.
- Ensuring a consistently high level of customer service is delivered to both buyers and vendors.
- Working collaboratively with colleagues and internal departments to ensure smooth and efficient processes.
- Basic salary up to £35,000 (dependent on experience)
- Car Allowance + commission
- Circa £65,000+ OTE
