A leading property company is seeking a Resident Services Associate to be based on a high-end Build to Rent development in South West London. This is a hybrid role that involves aspects of property management and front of house/customer service duties. Working hours are four days on and four days off, with hours between 07:00 and 19:00
Responsibilities include:
- Provide excellent customer service to residents and visitors
- Front of house duties including handling incoming calls/enquiries
- Assist with the resident move in and out process
- Complete apartment and appliance inductions
- Handle resident queries and ensure reports are actioned
- Undertake daily and weekly inspections of the building
- Record safety checks, contractor visits and on-site reports
- Establish and develop working relationships with suppliers and contractors
- Handle parcels
- Follow procedures
- Maintain and manage petty cash float
- Ensure reception area, lobby and floor corridors are organised and tidy
- Excellent communication skills
