You must be a credible, experienced lettings leader with a strong track record of driving revenue growth and managing high performing teams. It is essential that you can demonstrate your ability to win new business, build long term landlord and corporate relationships, and lead from the front in a competitive South London market.
Responsibilities:
- Leading and growing the lettings operation across South London, setting strategy and driving performance against ambitious targets
- Recruiting, managing and developing branch and team managers to build a high performing lettings team
- Winning new instructions through proactive business development, networking and strong landlord relationships
- Driving revenue growth across the region through effective pricing strategy, stock generation and conversion
- Overseeing tenancy progression and ensuring the highest standards of compliance across all offices
- Building strong relationships with corporate clients, developers and key introducers to generate repeat business
- Reporting on regional performance and contributing to wider company strategy at a senior level
- Acting as an ambassador for the business, upholding its reputation and professional standards at all times
- £50,000 Basic Salary
- £125,000 OTE
