This is an opportunity to step away from the traditional 9–5, office-bound, KPI-driven model and operate with genuine autonomy while being fully supported by an established platform with proven infrastructure, tools, and leadership.
The Opportunity:
As a self-employed Recruitment Partner at Collins Property Recruitment, you will run your own desk and brand within our business. You’ll have complete control over your day, diary, and strategy, while benefiting from shared resources, support, and collaboration.
Our partners earn 55–65%+ of their billings, build long-term client and candidate relationships, and enjoy the freedom that self-employment should offer, without the isolation or admin burden.
What we’re looking for:
- Proven 360 recruiters with 4+ years’ experience.
- Property recruitment experience preferred.
- Commercial, self-motivated, and relationship-led.
- Confident running your own desk and pipeline.
- Based within 90 minutes of London.
- Ready to take ownership of your career and earnings.
- Attractive commission structure: 55–65%+ uncapped.
- Full access to Bullhorn CRM, job boards, admin, finance & marketing support.
- Zero micromanagement, outcomes over KPIs.
- Optional HQ access with hot desks.
- A supportive, collaborative culture with quarterly meetings.
