Working in a newly renovated modern luxury building, as the Receptionist, you’ll be the friendly face that welcomes the members and guests, building meaningful relationships, and help to create an exceptional experience every day. From greeting clients and supporting events to keeping operations running smoothly, you’ll play a key part in making the space a place where people love to work.
What you’ll do:
- Create a warm, welcoming environment for members and guests.
- Support clients with onboarding, events, and day-to-day requests.
- Manage meeting rooms, supplies, and ensure smooth daily operations.
- Help maintain world-class service standards and stunning workspaces.
- Experience in hospitality, co-working, or retail and/or previous work as a community associate or front of house receptionist in a large building.
- A service-driven mindset and a positive, “can-do” attitude.
- Excellent communication and basic tech skills.
- A proactive team player who thrives in a fast-paced, people-focused environment.
- Competitive £30,000 basic salary + bonus.
