We are looking for an experienced Property Manager to join a successful residential lettings and property management team.
This is a varied, client-facing role covering the full tenancy lifecycle, from lettings and tenant find through to day-to-day property management, renewals and tenancy end.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing properties throughout the full tenancy lifecycle
- Handling lettings, viewings, referencing and tenancy agreements
- Acting as the main point of contact for landlords and tenants
- Managing maintenance, contractors and property inspections
- Overseeing compliance, safety certificates and legislation
- Managing rent collection, renewals and tenancy variations
- Handling check-outs, deposits and re-marketing
- Building strong relationships with landlords, tenants and contractors
The ideal candidate will have:
- Proven residential lettings and property management experience
- Strong knowledge of the full tenancy lifecycle
- Good understanding of relevant legislation and compliance
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- A proactive, client-focused approach and strong attention to detail
- Experience using property management software such as Alto is desirable
Salary: £40,000–£50,000 DOE
