Responsibilities:
- Efficiently manage tenant relationships, addressing inquiries and concerns promptly.
- Conduct regular property inspections to maintain high standards.
- Coordinate and oversee maintenance and repairs, liaising with contractors.
- Enforce tenancy agreements and resolve disputes.
- Collect rent and ensure timely payments.
- Manage property finances, including income and expenses.
- Prepare and submit relevant financial reports.
- Stay up to date with relevant legislation and regulations.
- Ensure compliance with tenancy deposit schemes and other legal requirements.
About you:
- Proven experience in property management, preferably in a similar high-end residential setting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organisational and time management abilities.
- Proficient in property management software.
- ARLA qualification (preferred).
- A thorough understanding of tenancy law and regulations.
- A passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
