The Role:
As Property Manager, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of residential properties. The position requires strong organisational skills and a solid understanding of lettings legislation, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and excellent service delivery to landlords and tenants.
Key Responsibilities:
- Managing a portfolio of residential properties
- Acting as the main point of contact for landlords and tenants
- Coordinating maintenance and repairs with approved contractors
- Conducting regular property inspections and reporting findings
- Ensuring full compliance with current lettings legislation and safety regulations
- Liaising with the accounts team regarding arrears and tenant balances
- Maintaining accurate records and ensuring all administration is up to date
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in Property Management (essential)
- Good understanding of lettings legislation and compliance
- Excellent organisational and communication skills
- Ability to manage a busy portfolio efficiently and independently
- Professional and customer-focused approach
- £38,000 basic salary
- Monday to Friday working hours
