As Property Manager, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of approximately 100 residential properties, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, legislative compliance, and exceptional service delivery to landlords and tenants.
Key Responsibilities of the Property Manager:
- Managing a portfolio of circa 100 residential properties.
- Acting as the main point of contact for landlords and tenants.
- Coordinating maintenance and repairs with approved contractors.
- Conducting regular property inspections and reporting findings.
- Ensuring full compliance with current lettings legislation and safety regulations.
- Managing deposit returns and negotiating end-of-tenancy matters.
- Overseeing rent arrears and liaising with accounts where required.
- Maintaining accurate records and ensuring all administration is up to date.
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in Property Management (essential).
- Strong knowledge of current lettings legislation and compliance.
- Excellent organisational and communication skills.
- Ability to manage a busy portfolio efficiently and independently.
- Professional, customer-focused approach.
- Full UK driving licence (essential).
- £35,000 basic salary.
