The role of Property Manager:
- Day-to-day management of super-prime private residences for HNW and UNWI.
- Proactive maintenance and regular property inspections.
- Coordinating trusted contractors and suppliers.
- Acting as the main point of contact for owners and private offices.
- Ensuring homes are always impeccably presented and fully operational.
- £38,000–£43,000 salary.
- Management of private homes for homeowners, no tenants.
- Full autonomy, manage your own diary and workload.
- Hybrid, portfolio-based role (not desk-bound).
- Stunning residential properties in London’s most prestigious postcodes.
- High trust, low micromanagement environment.
- Experience in Prime or Super-Prime London property management or similar.
- Confident, organised, and comfortable working independently.
- Strong attention to detail with a service-led mindset.
