An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Property Manager to join a boutique-style rental team managing a growing portfolio of around 35–40 AST properties. Based in Primrose Hill, this full-time role offers flexibility on working hours and the potential for one day a week working from home.
We’re looking for a capable, confident, and self-sufficient Property Manager who thrives in a hands-on environment and can hit the ground running. You’ll be the key contact for tenants, landlords, and contractors, and will take ownership of all aspects of the rental process from start to finish.
Key responsibilities include:
- End-to-end management of a residential AST portfolio, including renewals, compliance, and reporting.
- Overseeing repairs, maintenance requests, and liaising with contractors.
- Tenancy progression from referencing to move-in.
- Rent collection and management of let-only tenancies where applicable.
- Acting as the main point of contact for tenants and landlords.
- Supporting lettings admin and general office tasks as required.
You’ll be based in the Primrose Hill office, with flexibility to accommodate your working style and life commitments. The salary on offer is £45,000–£50,000 depending on experience.
