You will be based in a lovely office managing a quality portfolio of properties across North West London and reporting directly to the Head of Property Management.
This is a genuinely well-run business with a fantastic reputation, great landlords and tenants, and a friendly, professional team. You will have real responsibility for your portfolio, with the support of an experienced wider team.
The ideal person will:
- Have solid residential property management experience
- Be ARLA Propertymark qualified - essential
- Have strong knowledge of compliance and lettings legislation
- Be confident managing maintenance, contractors, inspections and tenancy issues
- Be organised, proactive and a great communicator
- Hold a full UK driving licence - a car is not required
