Key responsibilities of the Property Auctioneer/Valuer:
- Conducting detailed inspections and investigations of properties to estimate their market value accurately.
- Evaluating key factors such as location, condition, and potential business opportunities.
- Preparing detailed valuation reports and market analysis for stakeholders.
- Organising and managing auctions, from marketing properties to facilitating the sale process.
- Building strong relationships with clients, agents, and developers to identify new business opportunities.
- Staying up to date with market trends, regulations, and industry standards.
- Proven experience as a Property Auctioneer, Valuer, or in a similar role.
- In-depth knowledge of property valuation techniques, market trends, and regulations.
- Strong analytical skills to assess property values and prepare accurate reports.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills for working with clients and facilitating auctions.
- Proficiency in relevant property management and valuation software.
