Collins Property Recruitment is recruiting for a Residential Sales and Lettings company in Belsize Park. Due to expansion, they are seeking an experienced Property Administrator to join their busy office.
Duties and responsibilities of the Property Administrator:
- Typing and preparing property details for sales, organising photography, EPC, floorplans and window cards.
- Producing and printing off Property Lists for Sales.
- Generating Sales Agreed forms.
- Checking invoices and allocating costs.
- Adding property links for property mailouts.
- Helping with overload of phones (where necessary).
- Preparing valuation packs.
- Undertaking key audits for both flats and houses.
- Requesting AML docs for all vendors along with PIQ forms.
- Requesting verification of identity forms from the negotiators for both buyers and sellers.
- Requesting solicitor details for both buyers & sellers.
- Monitoring compliance box.
- Probate – liaising with Solicitors.
- Have at least 12 months of administration experience within an Estate Agency (essential).
- Commit to providing the highest level of customer service.
- Have the ability to communicate effectively at all levels.
- Have exceptional organisational, time management, and prioritising skills.
- Be able to work under pressure whilst multi-tasking to meet strict deadlines.
- Have outstanding attention to detail.
- Be able to work on own initiative.
- Possess excellent skills in Microsoft Office package.
The Property Administrator will receive up to £34,000 per annum, dependent on experience. The company offers excellent career opportunities and full training will be given to the successful candidate.
Working hours: 5 days per week, 9.00 am – 5.30 pm.
