The successful candidate will play an integral role in supporting project delivery, preparing client-facing materials and coordinating workstreams to ensure the highest professional standards.
This role would suit someone early-to-mid career who is commercially aware, highly organised and comfortable managing multiple live projects. Direct branded residences experience is not essential; strong potential, drive and attention to detail are key.

- Assist with preparation of written outputs including reports, presentations and strategic materials.
- Conduct research and benchmarking across market trends, industry data and project insights.

- Confident, professional communication style; comfortable engaging with senior stakeholders.
- Strong attention to detail and high standards of written work.
- Proactive, solution-focused mindset with willingness to take ownership.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel); exposure to Canva or InDesign beneficial.
- Excellent written and spoken English.
- Comfortable working in a Central London office environment (4–5 days per week).
- £40,000 – £42,000 depending on experience
- Discretionary annual bonus
- Office-based with flexibility for 1-day WFH
