You will work alongside an established, high-calibre team while building your own pipeline and reputation in the Prime and Super Prime space.
As a Prime/Super Prime Sales Agent, you’ll be responsible for:
- Managing buyer relationships, viewings, and negotiations through to completion.
- Winning and managing Prime and Super Prime instructions.
- Delivering exceptional client service across the full sales process.
- Handling enquiries professionally across all channels.
- Maintaining accurate records and pipeline management.
- Building strong relationships with vendors, buyers, and internal teams.
- Contributing to growth and market presence in Marylebone.
- Operating with discretion and professionalism at all times.
- £40,000 Basic Salary
- Car Allowance
- Attractive commission structure reflective of high-value transactions
- £100,000 + OTE
- Experienced residential agent at senior fee earner, Associate or Partner level.
- Proven track record of closing high-value property transactions.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and client management skills.
- Knowledge of Marylebone / Prime Central London markets (advantageous).
- Experience handling Prime listings is highly desirable.
