A highly successful and rapidly growing property investment and finance company based in North West London is seeking an experienced Personal Assistant to support its Director. This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic business in a fast-paced environment, offering a broad and varied role with real responsibility.
The Role:
The Personal Assistant will provide high-level support to the Director across multiple areas of the business, including operations, finance, and property-related projects.
This is a fast-paced and hands-on role suited to someone highly organised, proactive, and confident managing a diverse workload.
This position offers a salary of up to £40,000 DOE, alongside the opportunity to join a growing and entrepreneurial business. You will benefit from a broad and varied remit with exposure across multiple areas, with strong progression potential.
Key Responsibilities:
- Managing the Director’s diary and overseeing day-to-day office administration.
- Handling email correspondence and ensuring timely responses.
- Liaising with property management teams to produce reports and updates, including service charge analysis.
- Supporting ongoing development projects, coordinating with surveyors and valuers for inspections and reporting.
- Drafting and submitting planning applications, ensuring deadlines are met.
- Maintaining clear communication with stakeholders across the business.
- Implementing and improving project management processes and workflows.
The Candidate:
- Previous experience as a PA, Team Assistant, or Team Administrator.
- Experience within property or finance is advantageous but not essential.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise and meet deadlines.
- Excellent attention to detail with a proactive and hands-on approach.
- Confident using Microsoft Excel.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
