This is an excellent opportunity for an individual with previous estate agency experience who is looking for a flexible, office-based role within a respected local brand.
The Role
- Answering and managing incoming telephone enquiries
- Registering and qualifying applicants for both sales and lettings
- Booking and coordinating property viewings
- Matching applicants to suitable properties
- Following up on enquiries and maintaining regular contact with buyers, tenants, landlords, and vendors
- Updating and maintaining the CRM system
- Supporting the sales and lettings teams with day-to-day office activities
- Delivering excellent customer service at all times
- £15–£20 per hour (depending on experience)
- 2–3 days per week
- Office-based role

- Previous estate agency experience in sales and/or lettings is essential
- Strong understanding of the residential property market
- Excellent communication and telephone skills
- Confident qualifying applicants and matching them to suitable properties
- Well-organised with strong attention to detail
- Professional, proactive, and customer-focused
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
- Must be available to work Saturdays
