A leading advisory and property-management firm specialising in ultra-luxury residential and mixed-use developments in Central London and beyond is currently recruiting an Office Manager. This is a high-end, professional but vibrant and dynamic environment, where attention to detail, quality, and style matter as much as efficiency and team spirit.

Overview:

  • Office Manager with PA duties.
  • £45,000 – £60,000 (depending on experience).
  • Central London office.
  • Full-time, office-based Monday to Friday.
The Role:

As Office Manager, you will be the linchpin of the office, ensuring that everything runs smoothly, that everyone feels supported, and that the office environment reflects the company’s premium positioning. You will also provide PA-level support to the founder and Managing Director and administrative help to a 40-strong London-based team. With a ‘no job too big or too small’ mindset and the freedom to shape the role, this is an exciting opportunity to make it your own.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the day-to-day running of the office: facilities, supplies, maintenance, meeting spaces, welcoming visitors and clients.
  • Meet and greet visitors with professionalism, ensuring a warm, efficient reception experience.
  • Manage weekly office and food supplies orders, ensuring the office is always fully equipped and comfortable.
  • Provide PA support to the Founder and MD: supporting their diaries, booking travel and accommodation, arranging meetings.
  • Be the sole administrative coordinator for a 40-strong team, including Directors: support meetings, prepare materials, manage filing, assist with project-work admin.
  • Plan company events and socials (e.g., the Christmas party), coordinate vendors, venues, and logistics.
  • Coordinate with suppliers and service providers (cleaners, catering, equipment).
  • Develop and maintain office systems, procedures, and best practices: improving how things work, making things more efficient.
  • Be proactive - spot what needs doing, take initiative, and treat the office as your domain.
About You:
  • Proven experience as an Office Manager, EA/PA, or similar role in a busy, professional environment.
  • Exceptionally organised, with the ability to prioritise and juggle multiple tasks confidently.
  • Confident, personable, and professional – you will be meeting clients and senior executives.
  • Comfortable with the full range of big and small tasks - from travel booking and diary management to ordering snacks and resolving printer issues.
  • Positive, flexible attitude and a willingness to get involved and take ownership.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) and experience with booking systems/travel logistics is a plus.
  • Happy working in a Central London office, Monday to Friday.
  • Reliable and self-motivated - enjoys being the ‘go-to’ person in the office.
Why join?

You will be joining a respected, forward-thinking business known for its high standards, creativity, and collaborative culture. This is a genuine opportunity to have autonomy, impact, and visibility in your role.

Benefits include:
  • Competitive base salary (£45-60k depending on experience).
  • Annual bonus.
  • 25 days annual leave.
  • 1 duvet day per year.
  • Christmas office closure.
  • Bupa private healthcare.
  • Statutory pension contribution.
  • Weekly grocery delivery - providing breakfast, light lunches, and snacks for the team.
  • The chance to flourish in a role that is much more than ‘just admin’.
