Overview:

- Location: Hampstead
- Salary: £35,000 – £40,000 (DOE)
- Work hours: Monday – Friday | 9:00am – 5:30pm
As Office Manager, you will act as the central point of coordination within the business. Overseeing administration, supporting the senior team, and ensuring operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities of the Office Manager:
- Team Coordination: Diary management, scheduling and full administrative support for a team of six, including Directors and Property Managers.
- Office Operations: Oversee daily office management to ensure structure, efficiency and organisation.
- Bookkeeping & Data Management: Manage invoicing, data entry and financial record keeping.
- Property Coordination: Liaise with maintenance contractors to organise repairs and ensure timely completion.
- Communication: Professionally manage incoming calls and correspondence.
- Document Management: Maintain accurate filing systems and oversee documentation processes.
Experience & Skills Required:
- 3–5 years’ experience in an Office Manager, Property Administrator, Lettings Administrator or Property Management role.
- Previous experience within the property sector is highly desirable.
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Excellent organisational and multitasking ability.
- Clear and professional written and verbal communication skills.
- Positive, solutions-focused approach with strong telephone manner.
- £35,000 - £40,000 (dependent on experience).
- 23 days annual leave + 8 bank holidays.
- Office closure between Christmas and New Year.
