Overview:
- Job Title: Office Administrator

- Salary: Up to £35,000 (depending on experience)
This fast-paced and rewarding role involves supporting the Director across various aspects of the business. The firm is looking for a driven individual with prior PA / Office Administrator experience, ideally with a background in property.
Based at their head office in Temple Fortune, you will be responsible for a diverse range of tasks, including finance, operations, property management, diary management, planning applications, and email management.
The Office Administator will be required to:
- Oversee diary management and office administration.
- Manage email correspondence effectively.
- Liaise with property management teams to produce reports and updates, including service charge analysis.
- Manage ongoing development projects, working with surveyors and valuers for inspections and reporting.
- Draft and submit planning applications while ensuring deadlines are met.
- Maintain communication with stakeholders and implement efficient project management workflows.
The ideal PA will have:
- Experience in property or finance as a PA / Team Administrator / Office Administrator.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise and meet deadlines.
- Exceptional attention to detail and strategic thinking.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- A proactive, hands-on approach and a team-player mindset.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
