A leading property company is seeking a Night Concierge for a high-end residential development in Southwest London. The Night Concierge will be responsible for delivering excellent customer service to residents, handling enquiries, and ensuring the site and residents are safe and secure.
Responsibilities include:
- Deliver exceptional customer service to every person, creating an unmatched first impression
- Work independently during the shift, ensuring that the building is secure and the site safe for residents and guests
- Conduct building patrols
- Ensure health & safety measures are in place
- Manage resident queries and complaints, ensuring all enquiries are dealt with quickly and efficiently
- Log communication with residents
- Ad hoc administrative duties
- Conduct routine inspections of community amenities and common areas
- Handle parcels
- Prior experience working as a Night Concierge, ideally within residential property or hospitality
- Professional demeanour with excellent customer service skills
- Excellent written and spoken English
- Ability to build long lasting relationships
