A successful and fast-growing real estate firm specialising in prime residential property across London is hiring a Marketing Manager to build and lead a high-impact marketing function at a pivotal stage of growth. Marketing sits at the centre of the business, shaping brand perception, driving demand, and supporting the attraction of top-performing agents and clients.

This is one of the most influential hires in the organisation, offering full ownership of strategy and execution, close collaboration with the Founder, and the opportunity to build a distinctive, premium brand with clear and measurable commercial impact.

The Role:

This is a strategic and hands-on Marketing Manager position with responsibility across brand, digital, PR, campaigns, events, partnerships and performance.
You will own the end-to-end marketing strategy, balancing creative excellence with commercial rigour, while leading and developing a small but growing team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Own and elevate the brand across all channels, ensuring a premium and consistent identity.
  • Lead multi-channel content and campaigns across digital, social media, PR, events, partnerships and OOH.
  • Develop and deliver the marketing strategy aligned to commercial growth objectives.
  • Build campaigns with clear KPIs, tracking performance, ROI and conversion impact.
  • Lead, mentor and develop a small in-house marketing team.
  • Provide marketing support and personal brand guidance to agents.
  • Oversee production of all marketing assets, ensuring high creative standards.
  • Plan and deliver events, partnerships and lead-generation initiatives.
  • Manage reputation, reviews and market positioning through insight and research.
The ideal Marketing Manager: 
  • Proven multi-channel marketing experience, including social media.
  • Strong brand and creative judgement with the ability to enforce standards.
  • Excellent copywriting skills across multiple formats.
  • Demonstrated commercial impact (leads, enquiries, conversions, brand growth).
  • Confident people leader with hands-on execution capability.
  • Highly organised, proactive and comfortable operating at pace.
