A leading property management company is seeking a Maintenance Technician to be based on a high-end Build to Rent site in South London.
Responsibilities include:
- Be responsible for carrying out reactive and planned maintenance tasks on site
- Diagnose the cause of defects
- Maintain accurate records
- Deliver excellent customer service to residents
- Ensure the building meets standards for cleanliness, appearance, safety and overall functionality
- Provide property inspections
- Liaise with contractors when needed
The person:
- Prior experience in property management maintenance
- Comprehensive understanding of building services
- Excellent written and spoken English
- Positive, can-do attitude
