The Role
As a Lettings Negotiator, you will be responsible for:
- Registering and qualifying new applicants.
- Conducting property viewings.
- Negotiating offers between landlords and tenants.
- Building strong relationships with landlords, tenants and applicants.
- Generating new business opportunities.
- Progressing agreed lets through to completion.
- Delivering an exceptional level of customer service throughout the lettings process.
- Contributing to individual and office targets.
- Basic Salary up to £22,000.
- Car Allowance.
- Realistic Year One OTE of £50,000+.
- Uncapped commission and bonus structure.
- 1 in 4 Saturdays.
