About the job:
- Liaising with applicants, landlords, and sellers.
- Conducting viewings and negotiating offers.
- Delivering a high level of customer service.
- Negotiating tenancy renewals with tenants.
- Basic salary of up to £25,000.
- £60,000+ OTE.
- £200 monthly travel allowance.
- Scaling commission structure.
- Full training and mentoring.
- A minimum of 6 months' experience within the property industry is preferred; however, trainee candidates with the right attitude and ambition will also be considered.
- A high level of IT skills.
- An ambitious and tenacious personality.
- Excellent communication skills.
- A keen interest in property.
