- Maintaining accurate records and updating internal systems
- Supporting the team with general office administration
- Delivering exceptional customer service at all times
- Strong interest in property and desire to build a successful career as a Lettings Negotiator
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Highly motivated, ambitious, and target-driven
- Professional and well-presented approach
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Experience within retail, sales, or a customer-facing environment would be beneficial
- Full UK driving license essential
