The role:
As Lettings Negotiator, you’ll play a key role in the business, building lasting relationships with landlords and tenants, negotiating deals, and ensuring a smooth, professional experience from start to finish. You’ll be joining a team that values integrity, expertise, and delivering standout service.
About you:
You’ll be proactive, target driven, and confident in your communication style, with strong interpersonal skills. You’ll be a natural relationship-builder who takes a customer first approach and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
You will liaise with landlords and applicants to understand their needs, book and conduct property viewings, and provide detailed feedback. You’ll negotiate offers, progress deals, and build and maintain strong client relationships, while delivering consistently high levels of customer service throughout the process.
Salary & Benefits:
- £19,000 basic salary
- £2,250 car allowance
- £50,000–£65,000 OTE in year one
- A full UK driving licence is essential.
- You’ll be ambitious, driven, and results-focused, with the ability to communicate professionally and confidently with clients at all levels.
